01 Introduction

Mostply is an online sports betting and gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. The platform offers sports betting across cricket, football, kabaddi, and 30+ other sports, as well as casino games including slots and live dealer titles. These Terms apply to all services available on the Mostply platform, including the website at mostply.vip and the Mostply mobile application.

These Terms should be read alongside the Mostply Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Mostply. Where there is any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion terms will apply to that promotion only.

Mostply reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Most ply platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use a Mostply account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close family member of a Mostply employee or partner.
• You must not have previously had a Mostply account closed for breach of these Terms.

Mostply may request documentation to verify your eligibility at any time. This may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration

When registering a Mostply account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must keep your account details up to date — if your contact information or payment details change, please update them in your account settings promptly.

Each person is permitted to hold only one Mostply account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a breach of these Terms. Mostply uses automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, all associated accounts may be closed and balances may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Mostply username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact Mostply support immediately via live chat.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Mostply supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, USDT (TRC-20), and Bitcoin. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard accounts, though VIP members may have enhanced limits as part of their tier benefits.

Deposits are credited to your Mostply account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect account holders. Mostply does not charge fees on withdrawals. Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and up to 24 hours for bank transfers. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within one hour.

• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is pending.
• Mostply reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawals.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are fully met.
• Mostply is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Mostply are subject to the specific rules of the sport or event in question, as well as the general betting rules set out here. By placing a bet on Mostply, you confirm that you understand and accept these rules.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where a cash-out option is available and exercised before the event concludes. Mostply reserves the right to void bets where odds were clearly displayed in error due to a technical fault.

• Minimum bet amount: ৳50 per selection.
• Maximum bet amounts vary by sport, market, and account tier — check the bet slip for your current limit.
• Live bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to account for real-time data processing.
• Bets on events that are abandoned or postponed will be settled according to the relevant sport rules — in most cases, bets are voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of a dispute about bet settlement, the decision of Mostply's trading team is final.

Mostply monitors betting patterns for signs of match-fixing, insider information, or other integrity issues. Where such patterns are detected, Mostply reserves the right to void affected bets and report the matter to relevant authorities.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Mostply offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general bonus rules.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, which are separate from your real-money balance.
• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bets placed using bonus funds must meet the minimum odds stated in the promotion — typically 1.50 or higher.
• Mostply reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Players found to be abusing bonuses — including through matched betting, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts — will have bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts suspended.

If you have an active bonus on your account and make a withdrawal before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Your real-money balance will be unaffected.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Mostply platform. Engaging in any of these activities is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such issues must be reported to support immediately.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Placing bets based on insider information about the outcome of a sporting event.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

Mostply reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests made through the Responsible Gaming tools.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason, the real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 business days.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily can do so by contacting Mostply support via live chat. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

09 Responsible Gaming

Mostply is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity on the platform. These tools are available in your account settings and include:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Session time reminders — receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Mostply platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, and game content — is the property of Mostply or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Mostply content without prior written permission.

The Mostply name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited and may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mostply's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Mostply is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the platform. Mostply is not responsible for losses resulting from:

• Interruptions to the platform caused by maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service failures.
• Delays in payment processing caused by payment providers.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Decisions made by the trading team in relation to bet settlement disputes.

12 Privacy

Mostply collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at mostply.vip/privacy-policy. By using the Mostply platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Mostply will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and other service providers necessary for the operation of the platform, all of whom are bound by confidentiality obligations.

13 Changes to These Terms

Mostply reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable. The updated Terms will always be available on this page with a revised effective date.

If you do not agree with any changes to the Terms, you should stop using the Mostply platform and contact support to close your account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
